The majority of this routine is strength-based as we complete 5 total body strength exercises followed by one cardio bookend interval that’s shorter than the previous 5 intervals. We complete that 3 times for just under 20 minutes of solid workout time. Your warm-up, cool-down, and modifications are all included as well.
Completing the same exercises 3 times may feel like a lot but I want you to remember that repetition builds strength, mind-to-muscle connection, and mental toughness! This routine was roughly my third workout back after recovering from a sickness and I even thought it flew by :)
