Ready to get to all the stuff and things?

Let's start with workouts. What do you have planned?

Day two with Tasha on the two week challenge is already marked complete over here. Upper body strength with some core work. I managed to maintain a bit heavier (for me) weight throughout the video, so I'm feeling strong about that.

And what about food?

..I'm thinking, spaghetti with a leafy green salad and garlic toast sounds really good for dinner. So I'll be looking forward to that!
