New Workout! Tabata HIIT and Lower Body Strength

Hey FB fam!

Today I’ve got a burner of a HIIT and legs workout for you —

Tabata HIIT and Lower Body Strength

We've got a few different components to this workout that make for endurance and strength-building powerhouse! We start with some tabata-style HIIT circuits to get the blood circulating, legs activated, and heart rate elevated. For any of our higher-impact exercises, you’ll be offered a low-impact alternative. Then, we move into strictly lower body strength circuits before finishing with a glute/core burnout. 

Be sure to come to this one with fresh legs and ready for a challenge! A fun challenge, promise. You’ll want to plan an active recovery day tomorrow OR shift your focus to the upper body (along with some good mobility work for your legs).

Lately, my workout frequency has been about 3-4 workouts per week, so I like to maximize my time by doing workouts with a blend of modalities and benefits, like this one! This gives me the most “bang” for my time. How often do you workout per week, on average?
