Hey Fitness Fam,

I've got the perfect leg day cooldown for you! Lengthy Leg Day Cooldown

This can either be used as an extended cooldown or, my personal favorite, an active recovery routine post-cardio (to get the blood flowing first!).

In this 13-minute routine, I'll guide you through 17 exercises to lengthen and stretch the hips, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Rest assured, there is no lower body muscle left behind :)

I know, I know. It's hard to slow down and take extra time to stretch, even when you know you need it. That's why I included some unique stretches that will add some creativity and flow, versus a basic stretch routine. At the end of the day, don't forget that mobility and flexibility contribute to your overall health and function.
