HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 3rd

Good morning!

I have a Tuesday feeling but good thing I realized it is Wednesday.

For those of us who are making resolutions here are some handy reminders. And remember, they do not have to be big life-changing resolutions. Small goals are little wins that add up in the end.

On my many walks (yesterday over 70 minutes!) I have been able to do some reflecting. I will continue the rest of the week instead of mindlessly thinking about weird things. One thing I really do want to put energy into is including more protein in my diet, into every meal if possible and when not to choose a snack that is protein-filled. I will make a list as a reminder of snacks that are high in protein and easy for me to have on hand. I will also look into ways to include more in my meals.

Otherwise, how is your day looking? This morning I did a 15-minute yoga with the light. I decided to make today a pilates day and have selected a few for after work. I will see which one suits me best.

Dinner tonight is some sort of curry with sweet potato and red lentils.
