New Series! FB Postpartum Recovery: 4-Week Series to Heal After Birth

Today, I’m excited to announce a brand new challenge series we’ve been working on for quite a while. After the launch of our FB Pregnancy Series, we’ve received a ton of requests for its postpartum counterpart. Well, it’s finally here!
Kayla and I designed this 4-week series specifically for those recovering from childbirth. Your body has been demanded a lot between pregnancy, birth, and now caring for your baby; you deserve the tools to support your body in healing so you can feel more capable in daily life.
Too often, people return to full exercise without first healing their core and pelvic floor, which can result in dysfunction, pain, and injury. With our combined experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Kayla) and Pre/postnatal Fitness Specialist (Nicole) we designed this program to support exactly what the postpartum body needs to thrive!
You can start anywhere from 2+ weeks postpartum as the programming is very gentle, intentional, and recovery-based. You’ll be led through various deep core, pelvic floor, and mobility workouts designed to decrease aches, pains, and injuries while establishing a strong foundation for returning to more advanced workouts in the future. Throughout the four weeks, your workouts will slightly progress, offering gentle progressions from week to week to ensure you’re moving in the right direction.
We know you’re busy as a new parent so, within the series, you’ll find 3 workouts (+ 1 optional) per week, with an average time of 23 minutes. All require minimal equipment so they can be completed on your family room floor with your little one nearby, if you like!
