Hello, team, and welcome to the first PPals of 2024. I struggled with starting this thread because I’m dealing with some post-holiday/pre back to work blues. Even though I wasn’t all that excited for Christmas and NYE it was still a welcome break from my daily routine.
Moving on, Martine shared her intentions for 2024 over in HKS a few days ago. Anyone making any resolution adjacent plans for the year? Was this already discussed and I missed it? For me it’s definitely getting my portions and snacking under control. I eat mostly healthy, just too much.
Exercise wise, having Friday and Monday as rest days has been working great for me so I’ll keep at it. Life wise, changing my job would be great. Boyfriend and I have also been discussing making it official but the idea of planning a wedding sends me into a panic so I’ll let it rest for a week or 52.
