I completed those yesterday. I especially liked the cardio - it turned out to be not as easy as it looks, I was sweating buckets! 😂
I am not a fan of Upper Body strength training, but I know I have to do it, I can’t leave it out, so I pushed as hard as I could. Added some abs routines from my missed workouts.
