As I'm entering menopause I'm starting to follow a few doctors that specialize in menopause care on Instagram. One recommendation that comes up from several (research backed) sources is Zone 2 training.
They often recommend walking to get this in but I find it boring and after doing such a variety with FB for so long it's just not my cup of tea.
So, what options do I have? I'd love to stick with FB work outs but what program or videos should I choose? Cardiio?
