Daily Check-in: Tuesday, December 19th

Hey Blenderz.

With less than one week until Christmas, how are we feeling? ..I'm trying not to be all bah humbug about it with my current state of mind, so here is a picture of some icy coal that can be construed as some twisted holiday cheer.

At the very least, we can't deny the beauty.

Anyway, workouts or no-outs? It's all workouts for me, but how about my buddies, Anne and Kimberlee? ..I swapped today's upper for the new short one by Tasha: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-strictly-strength-circuits-with-straightforward-single-and-combination-exercises

And all that went nicely with the short upper body posture routine from Fundamentals.

..So yeah, a nice workout complete today for me. Good luck and hopefully everyone enjoys what they have going on.

Food? ..I made a split pea soup yesterday. A ridiculously large amount of it, so I think leftovers of that are in my future.

Okay, time for me to get on with the stuff and things of the day. I hope whatever you have going on goes well. Extra strength to you to handle any challenges (or coal) thrown your way.
