Hey everyone. How's this halfway day going for you?
Are we working out? ..I've done so already, making a Daniel day by choosing the Daniel HIIT and core option from Fit30 and working on balance from Fundamentals provided by Daniel. ..It was a very very good combo. That HIIT is practically over before you know it and one of my favorite routines. I've also noticed that my balance has improved!
Buddies? Where are we at today with the workouts? Everyone else, I hope you find the movement that works for you today.
And what about food? ..Your guess is as good as mine, lol.
Picture for today is a little frosty. We got down to 27F (that's around -3C) a couple weeks ago and as a result, practically melted all my Mexican Sunflowers. I don't think the bees were too happy about it either. The bee pictured here was frosting up with the wilted petals. I'm not sure why this bee was out here like this. I think with a sudden cold snap (as we get often here in Florida) that maybe it was caught off guard.
