Any tips regarding building immunity? Please share!

So I am quite desparated I must admit. My immunity is shit. I constatly get cold or throat sickness. This is very annoying, being sick is no fun, even when it is so lightly as regular cold or throat soreness. It interrupts my life and my loved ones are also tired of me being sick so often (this year I was having a cold 3-4 times + 2 x throat sickness). I am looking for anything that may help and believe me - Im no rookie here, regular advice "exercize and eat healthy" wont help.
I will share quickly my health story. My goal is to gather as many helpful immunity tips as possible. I hope some of you can share from this discussion.
So, listen, My immunity to be honest was shitty from the beginning. I was getting a cold / throat sickness often as a kid, and... often I did it on purpose to ditch school. Unfortunately I wasnt aware of the consequences or didnt care... My doctor in my kid times was always prescribing me antibiotics. And I think this may be the main cause for overall shit immunity.
For years now I am working on myself, fitness is one of my top prios, I drink enough water, avoid alcohol (drastically lowered the consumption during last 2 years), eat very healthy with loads of vegatables and fermented foods. Most of the time I am on a diet suited to my needs created by licenced dietician (I struggle soemtimes with overeating, when stressed, so maintaining a healthy weight is a prio). I train with fitness blender 4-5x per week (at least trying to). Im a veteran around here, you may say. Also often spending time outside, in the forest, since I am also horseback rider. Whats funny, I never get cold after a horse riding lesson, even if it rains, snows or is freezing cold.
What else? I take whale oil, since it is acknowledged immunity booster according to my adult doctor and dietician. I also take fish oil and vitamin D, magnesium before sleep. After having antibiotics this year again for tooth related treatment I went through full gut treatment to rebuild healthy bacteria in my tummy.
But still... I started FBFit R2, because I want to get that maximum endurance power and lower fat content in my body (I am in a normal range, no overweight, but wanna generally improve health indicators). And this is a second time in last 30 days I feel bit ill, after being sick so many times this year. Like cmoooooon... I just wanna feel normal for 1 month :D
And - for the record - my blood tests are good. I do reguarly all tests and have no major health issues that could anyhow relate here (or Im not aware of them and they must be well hidden).
From one side - this is extremely frustrating. Like... I know people who dont exersize, do not care about their sleep routine or water intake, and they are very rarely ill. Nobody who I know is sick so often like I am...
From the other side - Im not giving up. Right now patiently rescheduling my workouts for next days and recovering from the illness, looking for new ways to improve immunity.
I tried cold showers, but I am not sure if that really a case, that they are helpful, to be honest one time I got ill after a cold shower.
The only uncontrolled factor is stress. I work a lot and often deal with highly stressful situations. My stress control routine is a must, masages, relaxations, meditations and time spent with animals are doing wonders, restoring me usually quickly... but still sometimes there is a lot stress.
Honestly if there would be like a magical pill for immunity, I would pay any amount of money for it...
So please share your experience and advice how to get control over immunity.
