Some of you might know I love to go bouldering (indoor, because I live in a very flat country).. I am climbing at a certain level (for the boulderers: font 5/5+ or V1/V2). Strength wise I can climb a higher level (6a /V3), but I am too much in my head and get scared to make certain moves. Today I climbed a problem that I did not dare finish previously, but I was chatting to my sister in law and climbed it with relative ease.
How do you get out of your head? Just don't think about it does not work for me.. I know I climb better when I am distracted, so it is possible.. now to find a way to get distracted..
