And being that it is Thursday, here's the updated ghosting (guest hosting) schedule:

November 4th & 5th: Karen

November 11th & 12th: Shab

November 18th & 19th: Inge

November 25th & 26th: Lea

As always, if you'd ever like to guest host a weekend or have us modify the current schedule, just let me or Kim know and we will have you up here and adjust. Thank you for volunteering.

Anyway, please do share whatever workouts or food is happening with you.

..Today is my FT Cu's birthday. So I think we are going to go on a nice, long, easy walk together. I think the movement might do us both some good. I know he (and all the FTs) miss their brother.
