Good morning Blendfriends!
How are we feeling this morning? Are things starting to get spooky where you are? I noticed the grocery store has a small selection of cheap candy and a few decorations. Slowly Hallowe'en will be a thing here.
I am feeling a bit low in self-confidence this week, hence the meme today. I think the dynamic between Bert and Ernie is hilarious. For whatever reason the week before my time of the month I feel like absolute crap. I am so tired, I hate all my clothes and feel gross. Which is such a contrast to last week because I was feeling so confident and strong. Running makes me feel this way which is a reason I love it, aside from other benefits. How are you faring this week? What do you do to boost your confidence? I recall Martine hit a slump last week as well.
I missed my check in yesterday, but I did my easy run with strides. It was just after the rain so it was so fresh feeling outside. End of October and still in shorts and a tank top.
This morning I already did my workout with Nicole. Usually I really like hers but this was not a favourite. It was just ok. Hopefully. I can do my run later, but the weather is not promising. Maybe time to switch to the gym for the treadmill soon.
I am doing home office this morning as someone was supposed to come change our water meter. Yesterday I found out they cancelled again. So annoying. I will enjoy the slow morning at home and do some laundry as well. Veggie quesadillas for dinner. Really looking forward to that.
