Sourdough Calzone

Thought I would share one of the meals/foods we made today. Sourdough Calzones with tomato sauce from the garden, sage mushrooms, sauteed greens, bell peppers, white onions, and garlic. a bit of shredded pepper jack and mozerella cheeses (about 2oz. total per calzone).

Next was some cran-apple juice. All organic and apples from our trees. Very tasting. Thinking about making a soda out of some of it with a bit of sparkling water. The color came out like perfectly ripe watermelon.

Nutty apple pie (off our trees). Crust and crumble topping was made out of pecans, walnuts, medjool dates, ghee, nutmeg, cinnamon, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

Of course apple pie filling and appple cider vinegar going in the crocks.

Busy weekend for us. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
