I'm just hoping for some working technology today! Computers and internet and things not working right is really gettin on my nerves! Oh well, it happens.
Anywho, before I forget, let's talk ghosting! Here's our current lineup:

November 4th & 5th: Karen
November 11th & 12th: Shab
Any weekend after the 21st and 22nd is open! So if you'd like to guest host a weekend after that, just let me or Raven know, and we'll get ya scheduled in---and thank you!
As for workouts? What's happening on that front?
I did Erica's newest lower body routine--and oh my! Total sweatfest! The workout itself goes by very quickly; but my goodness is it a tough one! I loved it! Feeling my glutes a little this morning! (As in the muscles are sore. I'm not just sitting here feeling my own glutes. Though I totally could if I wanted to. You don't know what I do when I'm not typing here.)
And what's on the menu for today?
Coffee!! That's as far as I've gotten.
No gifs or pics from me for awhile. There's an issue that FB Tech Team has been great in helping me with; and they said they'd hopefully have a fix within a week. It's unfortunate though because I had a whole series of things lined up to correspond with exercise/bear movement for mental health and Fat Bear Week. *Sigh*. Oh well. Here's hoping that the fix will take care of the problem!
