Due to stress and time constraints, I have been ON and OFF with my FB workouts for the past few years. My metabolism is being affected by being in my early 40s, and my tummy and lower body are out of shape. Can someone here please give me advice on a training plan that I can stick to and get results from? I always feel too exhausted and lethargic to complete even simple housework.
