Hello and good early morning everyone we are offically halfway through the week and we are almost to the weekend and this week is just flying on by and another month is already or almost gone. It's been really nice and sunny outside but man it's been really cold to where it's going to be too cold for us to go outside and enjoy our twlight time unless it starts warmer up a lot more and not as cold at night. Moving on to workouts what workout program or challenges are all of you ladies doing at the moment because I'm doing the FB Jumpstart Program, and I'm already starting on week two of it starting tomorrow.
I really like the workouts because they aren't as long but the next workout for tomorrow is a longer one and the one for Friday isn't as long. So my boy is going to be feeling it after the workout I have for tomorrow with both Kellie and Daniel and I think it's a upper body workout with them or lower body I'm not sure.
