Hey Blenderz! How goes the half way day of the week?

How are you feeling with your workouts? I hope you are getting exactly or close to what you need from them. For me, I started my morning with Tasha and her "level 3" lower body strength: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/lower-body-strength-half-pyramid-emoms-increase-weights-as-reps-decrease

^Except this was most definitely a level 5 for me. I followed along like Tasha and lifted heavy. I found it really tough and pretty much lower body suicide.

As for food, I never really know, but on a semi related note regarding the photo for today, the passionfruit is ready over here. It is one of my favorite fruits as it tastes like a really good tropical punch. Just a explosion of flavors, an adventure for the taste buds. You can even eat the seeds to get a weird crunch effect.

So while I might not have a lemon on a pear, I've got a passion in my hand.
