I was wondering if anyone had any good alternatives to jumping jacks? Or if I could do jumping jacks without the arms and that'd still be a good cardio move?
I pinched a nerve in my neck (little over two months ago) and the arm movement has been causing nerve pain through my shoulder. Burpees are also a no for me right now... jumping feet up from a plank gives the sensation of acid rippling through my neck/shoulder. Unpleasant to say the least.
