Need Upper Body Suggestions

I travel extensively for work and often times don’t have weights. I also have wrist problems from planks or push-ups, which makes upper body hard to do.

I’ve been doing the FB resistance arm workouts which are great, but I’m tired of doing the same two workouts.

Ideally, I’d do Pilates arms, but there aren’t that many Pilates arms workouts on the site. I’ve been mainly doing Pilates for core/lower body, and then the walking workouts/recovery cardio for cardio, but I don’t have a satisfactory arm workout.

What would you recommend?
