When traveling, I've become a fan of tagging on a 100 rep challenge to a functional/recovery or yoga video. It's a good way to get "just enough" strength in when I have little time or energy. I've noticed, though, that it's mainly lower body or core. And although there are other videos of similar structure for upper body, they tend to be 10 variations of push-ups. This is both hard on my wrists and somehow more boring than the 100 rep videos.
Am I missing an existing "100 rep" style video for upper body? I could definitely just be searching wrong...
