New Workout! All Arms: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders

Today, we've got an All Arms Workout! We're focusing on the muscles in your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.

But before we get started, let's warm up those muscles and joints with some stretches that move. We want your upper body to feel ready and your shoulders to be prepared for what's coming.

Here's the plan: I have split this workout into rounds, each with three exercises. You'll be working with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. This helps you push yourself and catch your breath, plus you can change your weights without any rush.

During these rounds, we're all about your arms and shoulders; each round has 1 shoulder exercise, 1 bicep exercise, and 1 tricep exercise. By doing this, we ensure we hit each muscle group each round.

And guess what? The last round is super special. This is when you go for it and give your arm muscles everything. We will hit each one of those muscle groups for 30 seconds without rest. It's like the big finish that'll leave you feeling proud and super pumped.
