and I liked the 20 seconds recovery as it gave me time to:
1) finish the last rep of the prev exercise in proper form, instead of a sort of rushed version
2) actually gave me time to select correct adjustable wts for next exercise and prep the wt ready in a non rushed state
3) last 10 seconds of the 20 sec to actually recover and get breathing under control before moving onto next set.
The above workout was nice and sweaty, and I found because of the nice 20 sec recovery interval, I was actually able to keep pace with the workout better, vs most other workouts, I end up having to pause, or rewind quite frequently to get the timing right.
More dumbbell workouts with 20 seconds for recovery vs 15 seconds
Anyone else prefer the workouts that have 20 sec recovery for the wt training workouts?
