In this level 5 challenging, yet doable workout, we complete 7 giant sets with 5 exercises in each. Each exercise is completed back-to-back for 30 seconds before a 45-second rest. Another detail is that each giant set has its own theme whether it’s lunges, glute bridges, squats, etc. The exercises of each set are very similar in movement patterns to one another, yet different. The 30-second stints and exercise variations make this workout fly by if you ask me! Even though it’s bored easily, we’re still getting a great amount of time under tension for each type of exercise. Expect to facilitate muscle building, strength, functionality, and muscular endurance in your lower region!
Once the giant sets are finished, we head into a burnout round that consists of combination exercises from movements we saw previously. In the write-up, I guide you on tips and strategies to approach this workout smoothly and impactfully!
It was rated a level 5 due to the many intervals that are combined to create a long active work time before rest. Remember though, your load (weight) will heavily determine how difficult this routine feels! You always have the option to lighten up or go without any weight when needed.
