Wrist-friendly or standing workouts

My partner is currently recovering from a repetitive stress injury to his hand/wrist and I’m looking for workouts we can do that won’t put any strain on it. That means most upper body workouts are out (he’s avoiding lifting weights until he gets the all clear from physio), and unfortunately many HIIT workouts also involve a lot of time on the hands for things like burpees and push-ups which is not ideal at the moment. He can modify planks to be on his forearms and it doesn’t seem to cause pain.
