Weekend Check-Ins: Saturday, July 8

Hello beautiful Blendfriends!

How are you? How summer heat is treating you? When I hear some places are triple digit degree, I come to appreciate our 93°f in the hottest time of the day. Right now, 8:20 am is actually pretty nice, 84°f!

That little cute guy in my picture is our visitor the other night. Love frogs🐸😍

No transition from frogs to workouts except for some call deep squat jumps, "frog jumps". Anyway, what's up with your workouts guys? Any movements for today? I'm looking forward to some yoga. There are many came out while I was away! I'll pick the light ones for my Saturday but I have to check them out.

I'm postponing the second week of Reboot to join my blendiez, Raven and Kim for "Transform" challenge. Anyone else is joining? I'll be looking forward to hearing about your workouts and plans later.

How about some delish stuff? We all will be eating today at some point, right? I'm starting with this nice cup of coffee for now☕. For our late lunch/early dinner, I'm making Zereshk Polo. What yummy foods are nourishing you today?
