Hello! It's been a long while since I've hopped on the boards. I am currently sitting with a broken right foot, and in an attempt to not pack on the pounds, I'd love recommendations for which workouts I can adapt to a seated position or laying on the floor position. I know certain pilates workouts will be easy to complete without putting weight on my foot. Upper body workouts from a seated position are good as long as I don't have to keep transitioning from the chair to the floor. If all the pull movements can be done from the chair, then I can transition to the floor for push movements, but typically workouts alternate between these types of movements. I'm not even sure how to set up the search parameters for something like this, but I'm committed to not losing strength over the next few months as my foot heals.
