Good Saturday morning and Bonne Saint-Jean-Baptiste to my fellow Quebecers! I don’t celebrate our provincial holiday, or many holidays other than Christmas, but it’s nice to have an extra day off.

How will you be spending your weekend? Other than perhaps getting in a workout, do you have any fun plans? I will simply be resting, even though I am tired of it. But I recognize the importance of letting my body heal.
