Hey guys,

Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! We went to another basketball game last night and got home at midnight, so I’m thinking a nap for this afternoon! Obviously I’m having a serious rest day, but what about you.? Rest? Workout? Catching up on a missed WO? Catching up on chores around the house ? Going out and about? For me it’s church, pick up a couple of things at grocery story, then nap this afternoon. I’ve settled back into my sedentary lifestyle after vacay, so I need get my rear in gear and move more! Maybe tomorrow?

Food: idk. I won’t starve but don’t know what it’ll be?!?
