Let's handle our business first, shall we?
Workouts? Yay or nay? No workout for me. I may go for a little walk (I try to walk a few times a week, in addition to my FB workouts), but it's supposed to rain, and also I might just feel like sitting on the couch!
Food? I always feel like eating, lol! I'm not sure what we're having for dinner yet. Something easy, and maybe something vegan since I am the mother and it's Mother's Day. Ha! I am also going to attempt to make a Battenburg cake. Wish me luck! What's on your menu for today?
Okay, I have another question for you. Feel free to skip entirely. What is something you wish you had known and applied earlier on in your fitness journey that you are applying now? I wish I had known that you can't out-train a poor diet. When I was in college, I used to kill myself at the gym, but my diet was crap and I never saw the progress I wanted to. I wish I had nourished my body better- it would have saved me a lot of frustration!
