HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 12th

Good Friday morning! I am filling in today for Julia, who is enjoying time with her new grandson, little Kaya, and the rest of her family.

I chose the quote above today because I am not having a good mental health week and I needed a reminder that it’s ok, and I’m going to be alright. I am looking forward to starting my staycation at 4pm today and to just relax and take care of myself.

What have you planned for today, other than a workout, if that is on your schedule? Anything fun, some new activity, some good food, time spent in good company? I will try to get a workout and/or a walk in. I know that would help my state of mind. And we’ll be having veggie burgers for supper, one of my favourite meals.
