This is really intended for customer support so I hope you see it. I'm seeing more and more spam messages appearing on the community site - at this point I'm spotting and reporting at least one per day.
The site admins are really quick at removing the posts once reported but it's annoying to see this level of spam on what is normally a "safe space", especially as a lot relate to supposed nutritional supplements.
I don't know if anything is already in place but is it possible to implement controls so that, for example, newly created users can't start threads for the first x days after registering? Maybe that would help to stop or at least slow them down.
