I tend to be a pretty anxious person in general and I know from personal and professional experience that anxiety finds a way to seep into every aspect of your life if you aren’t taking steps to manage it. For me personally, mindfulness and meditation have been two tools that have been particularly helpful for this purpose. So, for this practice, I combined them!
It is my hope that this meditation can be useful to everyone as anxiety is a normal part of the human experience. While some people experience it more often, more severe, etc., we all experience some level of anxiety, at least occasionally. This meditation is designed to be one tool you can use to help manage and/or reduce your anxiety in the moment and long-term.
