In order to earn this achievement, must the workout be strictly a strength workout? Or back to back? My last achievement for this is dated 8 Nov 2022. This week I've completed two blended strength, cardio, HIIT workouts for Day 2 and Day 4 of FB Abs R3. Your feedback is always appreciated🙂
