I love how much FB is focusing on pregnancy and postpartum content these days! However, it still makes up only a small slice of their overall content. Do any postpartum mamas out there have recommendations for favorite non-PP FB routines? Ones that are either completely postpartum friendly, or which don’t require too many modifications? For reference, I’m almost a year postpartum, but have never yet been able to get back to a consistent habit of working out, and usually only do level 1 or 2 workouts at this point. My core still feels weak (probably a little diastasis recti still lingering) and I can still see doming/coning if I’m not cautious. A few recent favorites are Kelli’s classic posture workout, a couple of the short, old lower back builders, and Daniel’s 40-minute restorative core workout.
