We made it to Friday! Phew! I'm glad of that!

Do you have any fun plans you're looking forward to this weekend? Like maybe checking in with our amazing and adventurous Lea? I hope so! Lea: thanks so much for ghosting, and we look forward to seeing your exploits!

Alright, let's talk workouts shall we?

What's happenin for workouts today?

I did manage to get my Brian workouts in yesterday before we lost power for the afternoon (have no idea why we lost power). I did his kettlebell workout plus his new core routine. Both workouts were a first for me, and both were very much enjoyed! As for today, I'm finishing off Brian week with my favorite Brian workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-hiit-pyramid-ascending-and-descending-cardio-rounds Don't be fooled by this being bodyweight and only 38 minutes in length! This routine is deceptively difficult and it ALWAYS makes me soo sore! Lookin forward to rounding out my week with it! What about you workout buddies? How are you finishing up your Brian week? (P.S. Shab--if you wanna draw a new trainer for next week, that would be fantastic! Thank you!)

Not sure! Gotta do some grocery shopping first!

Finally, a pic! A sharp turn from all the waterfowl I've been sharing the past two weeks--here's something entirely different. The Northern Lights! We were lucky enough to get to see them recently, and they're so incredibly beautiful. I apologize for the poor quality photo though--my camera is not suited to low/no light situations.
