HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 29th
Hello last Wednesday of March! Can you believe this?
It feels like the month just flew by and what a rollercoaster it was. It is ending certainly in a lamb like way (so far) for me which is nice considering the roar it started with, Most exciting thing is we finally booked our flights to Canada for the summer. I am also excited because my brother booked a really nice camping spot for a few nights.
This morning I started with an upper-body workout. I used the swap feature and did a workout with Tasha that I did not do before. I like her energy. I also shifted the challenge so I keep on track and do not skip any days when I go running.
I started late today as I have an online meeting with someone in California at 6pm my time. So, I had a long breakfast and am happy to report I finally finished the sky part of the puzzle. Onto the middle tonight, which is buildings. Hopefully with new energy and excitement!
What is on your plate today, food and fitness-wise? Maybe it is a rest day, which is also important.
