Nicole's 20-20-20 Stacked Cardio Intervals (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/20-20-20-stacked-cardio-intervals) is one of my favorite workouts. I love how the cardio starts out light and then builds to test endurance.

So, as a workout request, I'd love to see another (shorter) stacked cardio intervals workout followed by 10 - 15 minutes of total body strength or even stacked strength sets like Brian's Upper Body Compound Strength Sets (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fitness-blender-5-day-challenge-day-4-upper-body-compound-strength-sets-fast-paced-dumbbell-strength).
