I usually post on Instagram, but I should actually do it on here! Today’s workout was tough, and I’m pretty sore right now, but the satisfaction is worth it. I have been consistent with my workouts, and that has paid off over time, sometimes maddeningly slowly. Ha ha. And then one day I’ll look and think hey I’ve got muscles, or hey I’m filling out pretty nicely! I used to always be like 110 pounds soaking wet, but since exercising with Fitness Blender since 2014, strength training has really helped to reshape my body. It’s pretty cool, the power of strength training! If you want to build mass and more shape, strength training! If you want to lose weight and gain muscle instead, strength training! Consistency is key, though. If you skip too many workouts and don’t commit, you’ll never see the kind of results you want.
