I’m back! Motivation/Injury/Grief

Hey everyone, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted in here, but this community is always so supportive and helpful. I was very active in the community 2020-2022 but when I started my new job it was hard to keep my schedule. I’ve since gotten a divorce, lost my best friend, and within that time frame, had a shoulder tear, and went through physical therapy for 8 months. I’m starting back with FB Booty 2 (one of my favorite programs and it allows for just 3 days), I’ve exercised with fitness blender off and on the past year but I’d really like to stay motivated and figure out how to get back to the programs and sticking with them, I love it and miss it. I’d appreciate your motivation tips! Hope you all are having a great spring, ❤️
