Daily Check-in: Monday, March 6th

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, Blendfriends!

It's a new week and a new month since we last spoke--and I hope you're all doing well!

I wanna start with a hearty thank you Lea for being our wonderful weekend guest host this past weekend! And a huge attitude of gratitude towards our lovely co-host Miss Raven for taking care of us the past two weeks as well! Couldn't do this without you!

Alrighty guys, so how are things?

I hope it's good!

And how's the workouts goin?

For me, last week was a bit slower, with just three workout completes. That's ok, I was busy with other things. But I did have a fun little mild achievement over the weekend. I decided to give Marina's headstand practice a try, just caz I had time, and was pleasantly surprised at how far I could get into a headstand. I've never tried before, and never really had any interest in doing a headstand to be honest. I mostly was just f---ing around, and was able to almost get there. So that was neat. Other than that, I think for today, I'm gonna do either upper body work, or total body work, plus core. We'll see what I feel like later!

As for food today?

Hmm. not sure on that front. Maybe simple with eggs and veggies.

I know ya'll been getting some fantastic spring pics and vibes from Miss Raven in sunny FL; but I'm 'fraid I gots none o' that. I got snow. So here's it is! With at least a nice sunrise thrown in too.
