Hi everyone! I used to use FB all the time. I’m so happy with what it is today. So, I wanna get back into fitness. My only problem is, I now have tendinitis.
I must stretch my foot every day which takes 10-15 minutes. I haven’t worked out in years and now having this injury I am so upset because I wanted to restart my fitness journey. I’ve had this for a year but it only got really bad in Sept/Oct and I started physical therapy in November. I got on my own in February.
It’s now March and so hard to do my workouts every day. Only doing them twice a week right now. They are just so uninteresting. I’m going to buy a timer to help me speed the process but I feel working out other parts of my body will motivate me.
Has anyone ever restarted working out after and injury. Any advice? I’m thinking my foot work out and then only work on my upper body to get me started and motivate me. Idk. I really need help. It’s been so hard getting my life back together since Covid.
Thankfully my mental health is good but I want my physical health to be good too because it’s starting to affect me mentally.
