Is strength training twice a week for long periods of time fine?

By long periods of time, I mean 80-90 minutes.

The most amount of time I have right now is on the weekends. I want to take a break from strength training every other day, but want to continue staying active. For a workout plan, I was thinking of:

Saturday: 2 lower body strength training workouts with weights

Sunday: 2 upper body strength training workouts

Monday: cardio and yoga

Tuesday: Pilates and aerobics

Wednesday: walking and mobility

Thursday: walking and mobility

Friday: Pilates and core

Would decreasing the frequency of strength training be fine? I want to explore other forms of training that are more low impact, but also want to continue gaining strength.
