Hey there all you fellow blenders, wherever you are; greetings from my part of the world on this lovely, unfortunately not so sunny, early morning…. Are you enjoying lovely weather? Or craving for better days? I could do with some heat, because all week we have had a nasty cold north easterly wind! Anyway…. You’re not here to discuss the weather, (unless you fancy that, of course!) let’s talk workouts!
Workoutwise: anything exciting FB planned, or an exciting non-FB activity or a well-earned rest day? Mine is a rest day, I certainly need it. We are going to an exhibition of a friend’s work. He does beautiful pencil and charcoal drawings of our nature conservation work, as well as other amazing stuff. See photo of one of our tasks; the lady sitting in the middle with a sleeveless t-shirt is yours truly! We might cycle there (if it’s relaxing enough windwise). In the replies I have put the announcement of his exhibition, with some more art.
Foodwise: we might stop off for lunch at this lovely new pop up restaurant on the beach, if we are cycling that is. Evening meal: I am doing a Raven Friday today: pizza!!! No idea what I will put on it, as it is still 10 hours away… I mean, nobody ever knows what food they are going to have 10 hours in advance of eating it, right?!?!🤔🤣 Ten minutes is more like it for me! But hey, it’s your food we are talking about! What’s your food for today? Anything exciting, non-exciting? As long as it provides you with the necessary sustenance, you should be ok. Any (easy!!!) recipes or recipe ideas you would like to share on here? Or maybe even a difficult recipe?! In case of the latter: count me out. I can only do simple! But I know some of you are marvellous cooks. So over to you all!
