Just getting back into working out after a somewhat lengthy postpartum hiatus. I have a chronic shoulder issue and am finding it difficult and frustrating to find workouts (particularly HIIT) that are do not include burpees, which I cannot do. Does anyone have a similar issue and which videos have you found success with? Alternately, if a workout is not "burpee-free," what is a good exercise substitute during those sections?
