Alright, so let's get to other check-in stuff and things. Got a workout in mind? ..Today Jumpstart has some mobility and active recovery work and I'm good with that! After my combo yesterday, it is much needed! Btw, I really enjoyed Tasha's kickboxing workout. I tried her other kickboxing workout recently--the one with lower body strength--and both of those workouts are so much fun! Highly recommend if you enjoy kickboxing and lifting.

Anyway, if you have food in mind, feel free to share. Food is always on my mind, but I just don't know what form it will take for dinner.

Okay, picture for today is of more Spring things. This one being wild Chickasaw Plum blossoms. The small trees are all flowers right now and it's just so pretty to see the soft white stick out in the woods.
