We made it to Friday--phew!! Do you have any weekend plans you're lookin forward too?

Alrighty then, Blenderz, what does your Friday have in store for you?
For workouts?
Well, mine should probably include some snow shoveling. But ya know, we'll see if I get to it. As for structured workouts, I decided to do Tasha's new kickboxing workout--and holy man, did it kick my butt! I do like that even the kickboxing portions were more lower body focused; which means my upper body isn't the typical 'day-after-kickboxing' sore. So that means I can do an upper body routine today! I think I want something with 3 sets of 10. Perhaps my ol' standby upper body burnout routine with Daniel?
As for food?
Yeah, I got nothin. I mean; I got food. I just don't have a plan as to what to do with it, other than eat it.
Finally, a pic?
I am so excited to share this pic with you guys!!! I had an eastern screech owl hanging out on my barn stalls the other night, and I am super thrilled about it!! I mean: look at how tiny and grumpy and wonderful s/he is!!! I am so stoked about seeing the mini owl, that I think I may install some owl boxes and see if a breeding pair is interested in hanging around. I just think this is the coolest thing ever!! Never expected to see a screech owl in my barn.
