HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 17th
Hello beautiful Blenders,
How are things?
I had a day long project review meeting yesterday and it was very, very intense. I wasn't in the mood to workout afterwards.
Other than that I am currently trying to do all free FB workouts with K and D. This are mainly the old ones which I like the most but the amount of LB workouts makes it difficult to do always new ones. I already did all core workouts. That aren't to many and I am almost done with all UB ones. There are a few total body ones left and then there are tons of LB. Wednesday I had to take a rest day because my body was on strike. It couldn't take anymore even with one day breaks in-between for the LB.
Anyway what are you up to? Plans for the weekend? I thought maybe do my taxes for last year. Then it would be out of the way already.
Workouts most likely UB and core. What workouts are you going for or just rest?
